This video is about my journey into cybersecurity and the United States.
Seven years ago, I arrived in the United States with little more than determination and a dream. I started my journey by working as a bathroom cleaner, taking any job I could find to make ends meet. It was a challenging time, but it taught me resilience, hard work, and the importance of seizing opportunities.
Fast forward to today, with the help of God, tenacity, and resilience, I have built a successful career in cybersecurity. Through dedication, continuous learning, and networking, I transitioned from cleaning bathrooms to protecting digital spaces. I now work as an Application Security Consultant, helping organizations safeguard their sensitive information and defend against cyber threats globally.
My journey has been filled with ups and downs, but I firmly believe that anyone can achieve their goals with the right mindset and support. As an immigrant, I faced unique challenges—language barriers, cultural adjustments, and the fear of the unknown. However, I persevered, and I want to encourage others to do the same.
